摘要
基于吸附制冷的理念,设计并研究吸附式制冷的核心部件——制冷单元管。工质对选择13X型沸石分子筛-水,设计单元管外径30 mm,吸附端长600 mm,冷凝/蒸发端长360 mm,添加可膨胀石墨以强化性能。为得到单元管的实际性能,通过实验研究制冷单元管的循环周期、温度与压力变化,并改变实验条件研究环境对制冷单元管的影响。研究结果为系统设计及吸附式制冷单元管的进一步改进提供参考。
Based on the concept of absorption refrigeration, ing tube. 13X zeolites - water pair is selected in the cooling this article focus on design and study of cootunit tube with the size of 30 mm - outer - diameter, 600 mm - adsorption - end and 360 mm - condensing/evaporation - end. Some expanded graphite is added into the tube to improve performance, we researched the changes performance and cycle characteristics. In order to get the actual of cycle, temperature and pressure, and also environmental influences by changing experimental conditions. Research results provide reference to both optimal design of the system and further improvement of the cooling unit tube.
