摘要 余热固体吸附式冷管采用沸石分子筛-水为工质对,由吸附器、冷凝器/蒸发器(合一)组成一个独立的制冷单元,结构简单,无节流装置和运动部件。沸石分子筛-水工质对被封闭在φ16的金属管内。根据需要可将其多元组合成功率较大的制冷/空调系统。由于冷管结构上的特点,其循环特性跟一般的基本型吸附式制冷循环有所不同。详细分析了这种循环的特性,并结合实验对吸附式冷管的性能进行了对比,为其制冷性能的提高和制冷系统的优化设计提供了重要参考。 A single solid adsorption refrigeration tube driven by waste heat which has no throttling or moving part comprises a generator and a receiver/condenser/evaporator. A single generator consists of aφ16 mm stainless steel tube lined with a layer of zeolites that are fixed on the wall by wire gauze. Water enclosed in the module is the refrigerant. The air-conditioning system with a larger refrigerating power can be constituted based on a number of simple tubular adsorption modules to meet the need. Because of the features of its configuration, the cycle characteristics of the adsorption cooling tube is different from the basic adsorption refrigeration cycle. The analysis and discussion on the cycle were conducted and the performance of the tube was studied by experiments. Our results are important for the improvement of tube and the optimization design of air conditioning systems.
