高频振荡通气叠加常频通气治疗新生儿肺出血的疗效分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨高频振荡通气(HFOV)叠加常频通气治疗新生儿肺出血的疗效分析。方法选取我院肺出血新生儿82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用HFOV叠加常频通气治疗新生儿肺出血;对照组采用高频振荡通气治疗新生儿肺出血,比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗后氧合指数、肺出血停止时间、住院时间、机械通气时间、氧暴露时间。结果 HFOV叠加常频通气组治疗后6、12、24、36 h氧合指数(OI)低于HFOV组,肺出血停止时间、住院时间、机械通气时间、氧暴露时间较HFOV组缩短(P<0.05)。结论高频振荡叠加常频通气治疗新生儿肺出血较单纯高频振荡通气疗效显著。 Objective To study the effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) plus conventional mandatory ventilation (CMV) on treating Neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage(NPH).Methods A total of 82 infants with NPH in the NICU were enrolled and divided into treatment group (HFOV plus CMV) and control group (CMV). Oxygenation index, length of pulmonary hemorrhag, the hospital stays, the use time of respirator, the exposure time of oxygen.Results After 6, 12, 24, 36 h treatment, length of pulmonary hemorrhag, the hospital stays, the use time of respirator, the exposure time of oxygen of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P〈0.05) .ConclusionThe HFOV plus SIMV was superior to conventional mandatory ventilation in treatment of Neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.
