摘要
目的：探究不同时期牙隐裂患者采用全冠修复的治疗效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年33例不同时期牙隐裂患者进行治疗，其中17例患者为早期的牙隐裂患者，16例为出现牙髓炎症的患者，治疗后对患者进行随访，记录患者的治疗效果。结果早期组患者治疗总有效率为94.12%，晚期组患者治疗总有效率为87.5%。早期组患者的治疗效果好于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论早期牙隐裂患者采用全冠修复，能够保存活髓，避免牙体脆性的增加。晚期患者需要首先进行根管治疗，然后给予全冠修复，增加牙齿的使用寿命，提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the treatment effect of ful crown restoration in treatment of cracked tooth in the different periods. Methods 33 cases of patients with cracked tooth were selected from March 2013 to March 2014,17 cases of patients were early cracked tooth,16 cases of patients were pulpitis. The patients were fol owed up after treatment and record the patient＆#39;s therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of the early group was 94.12%which that was 87.5% of late group. Treatment effect of early group was better than the late group. There was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The early tooth cracked is treated by ful crown restoration can save the vital pulp and avoid the tooth vulnerability. The patients with late cracked tooth need root canal treatment,and then take the ful crown restoration treatment so that to increase the service life of the teeth and improve the quality of life.
