摘要
目的 探讨早期牙隐裂的综合治疗及疗效观察。方法 收集2011-01—2014-01解放军烟台疗养院口腔科36例早期牙隐裂的患者作为研究对象,男性21人,女性15人;患者年龄37~49岁,平均年龄（40.1±4.8）岁。给予综合治疗并进行随访2年。结果 136例早期牙隐裂的患者中修复缺失牙者15例,裂纹区覆盖后充填26例,根管治疗8例,全冠修复11例,拔除1例。2患者随访6月、12月、24月时治疗疗效分别为97.2%、91.7%、80.6%,患牙保存率分别为100%、100%、97.2%。结论 本次研究认为每个口腔医生要意识到早期牙隐裂的危害,当患者主诉牙痛或咬物不舒服时,要及时进行专业的检查,采取综合治疗,避免牙齿发生折裂。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive treatment and curative effect observation of cracked tooth in early stage.Methods 36 cases of early cracked teeth in the Stomatology Department of our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected to be the research objects with 21 males and 15 females and age ranging from 37 years old to 49 years and an average age of （40.1 ±4.8） years old. All were given comprehensive treatment and follow-up visit for 2 years.Results （1） 15 out of the 36 cracked tooth patients in early stage were restoration of missing teeth, 26 cases of crack area coverage with filling, 8 cases of root canal therapy, 11 cases of full crown restoration, and 1 case of extraction. （2） The curative effect rates of the patients with follow-up visit of 6 months, 12 months,and 24 months were respectively 97.2% ,91.7% ,and 80.6% ,and the teeth preservation rates were 100%, 100% ,and 97.2% .Conclusion This study suggests that each dentist should be aware of the harm of cracked tooth in early stage, and timely professional examination and comprehensive treatment should be offered when patients complain of toothache or uncomfortable biting so as to avoid the occurrence of fractured tooth.
