摘要
针对激光测距的精度取决于时间测量的精度这一现象,该文提出了一种基于DS1023与AD9501可编程延时芯片的激光回波模拟器的延时电路设计方案。延时模块以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,采用多芯片级联精确延时模拟目标距离。在考虑了延时芯片的延时误差的基础上,对芯片级联进行了最优规划设计,实现了大范围测量的同时保证了精度。实验结果表明,该回波模拟器可实现50~3000 m的标定范围和±1m的标定精度。
For the laser ranging precision depends on the precision of time measurement,a design scheme of echo simulator for pulse laser range finder based on DS1023 and AD9501 programmable delay chip was proposed in this paper.Delay module takes Microcontroller AT89C52 as control central and Multi-chips cascading realized the simulating of a finite target distance.Considering time delay error originating in chips-docking,optimal planning design method was adopted,the range limitation was overcome better while keeping high accuracy.The test results indicated that the calibrating system can calibrate in 50-3000 m distance range and have±1m calibrating accuracy.
