高速窄脉冲激光器因为其高功率密度和高时间分辨率,在激光测距和激光探测领域被广泛应用。论文介绍了窄脉冲激光器的工作原理,设计出基于特定半导体激光二极管的驱动电路。便携式移动设备多为电池供电,低功耗是设计的另一个主要方向。通过仿真和样机测试,证明可行性。
The high-speed narrow pulse laser is widely used in the area of laser rangefinder and laser detect because of its high power density and high temporal resolution. The article describes the working principle of narrow pulse lasers and designs the drive circuit which is based on the specific semiconductor diode. The portable mobile devices are mostly batterypowered so the low-power design is another direction. The feasibility is demonstrated by prototype tests.
