摘要 针对我国人流车流密集,部分能量可回收及转化利用问题,本文设计了一种机械式压力发电装置,通过利用机械结构进行能量的回收并转化成电能进行储存。采用齿轮齿条传动机构,将连接于踏板上的齿条上、下移动,转换为水平方向布置的齿轮转动,进而将动力传到主轴和发电机轴。同时,设计了杠杆联动机构,当踏板在力的作用下上、下运动时,前部和后部齿条随踏板上、下移动,完成一次有效行程。为增加发电量,在发电机通过前部齿轮齿条驱动正常发电的同时,还设计了涡卷弹簧储能模块,并制作样机并进行测试。测试结果表明,实际踏板上、下位移为50mm,中轴转速为12.5rad/s,发电机转速为25rad/s,压力发电装置平均电压为4V,瞬时电压可达8V,所发电能经过存储后可以提供给信号灯、指示牌等。该设计成本低廉、环保,具有广阔的应用前景。 Considering the energy of crowd and heavy traffic in China, this paper proposed a mechanical pressure power device which can use the energy of the crowd and the heavy traffic to produce electricity by using mechanical device. Since gear-rack mechanisms were applied, the up and down movement of the rack on the pedal can be converted to the rotation of the gears which are horizontally arranged. And then, the generator can be driven. Meanwhile, a lever linkage mechanism is designed so as to promote the motion of all the gear-rack mechanisms. In order to produce more electricity, an energy storage module which con- sists of coil spring and gear is applied. In addition, this article made a prototype and made some tests. The results shows that the displacement of the pedal is 50 ram, the rotational speed of the middle shaft is 12. 5 rad/s and the rotational speed of the generator if 25 rad/s. Besides, the average voltage of this device is 4 V and it the instantaneous voltage can reach to 8 V. In all, this device is both environmental friendly and low cost. Furthermore, this mechanical pressure power device will have a wide prospect in the field of elec- tricity.
