摘要
焊接作为"工业裁缝",是工业生产中非常重要的加工手段,焊接质量的好坏对产品质量起决定性的影响。受众多飞速发展因素的推动,焊接制造正经历从手工焊到自动焊的过渡。焊接过程自动化、机器人化以及智能化已成为焊接行业的发展趋势,智能化焊接技术已经成为焊接界研究的新热点。
For liquid container of large-scale LNG ship,the performance feature and development tendency of common cryngenic metallic materials were introduced. The current welding technologies and application conditions of 9%Ni steel and aluminu,n alloy 5083 were analyzed. The development potential of some advanced welding techniques in this field,ineluding high power laser welding,laser-MIG hybrid welding, AC square wave SAW,and narrow gap MIG welding,was investigated.
