水蛭微粉对实验性动脉粥样硬化兔血脂水平影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究水蛭微粉对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血脂水平的影响。方法:新西兰兔40只,预留8只作为空白对照组,其余兔采用高脂饲料喂养和球囊损伤术制备AS兔模型,共6周;造模成功后,将模型组32只兔按血清TG和CHOL水平随机分为:模型对照组,阿托伐他汀钙片组,水蛭微粉低剂量、高剂量组。各给药组按上述剂量灌胃给予相应药物,空白对照组、模型对照组给予等容量的生理盐水,每日1次,连续给药4周。给药结束后耳缘静脉取血,测定血清TG、CHOL、HDL-C、LDL-C和Apo A1、Apo B、Lp(a)水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组兔血清TG、CHOL、LDL-C和Apo B、Apo B/Apo A1、Lp(a)水平明显升高,血清HDL-C水平明显降低;与模型对照组比较,水蛭微粉能明显降低AS兔血清CHOL、TG、LDL-C、Apo B、Apo B/Apo A1和Lp(a)水平,升高血清HDL-C水平。结论:水蛭微粉具有良好的抗动脉粥样硬化作用,其机制可能与调节血脂有关。 Objective: To study the effect of leeches superfine powder on the level of serum lipid in rabbit model of atherosclerosis. Methods : 40 New Zealand rabbits, set aside 8 rats as blank control group, the rest rabbits were all established atherosclerosis model through high-fat diet combined with ballon injury method for 6 weeks.And then the 32 AS rabbits were equally allocated to model control group, atorvastatin calcium tablets, leeches superfine powder high-dose and low-dose groups. The drug groups were treated by responding solution of drugs in dosage of 20 mL/kg, the blank control group and model group were treated by saline solution.After 4 weeks, stop feeding diet and drugs for 12 h, the blood was collected from the rabbit's auricular vein and then the level of serum TG, CHOL, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA1, ApoB and Lp ( a ) were detected. Results : The level of TG, CHOL, LDL-C, ApoB, ApoB/ApoA 1, Lp ( a ) in model control group were significantly higher and the level of HDL-C was significantly lower compared with normal control group.Leeches superfine powder could effectively decrease the level of TG, CHOI,, LDL-C, ApoB, ApoB/ApoA1, Lp ( a ) and at the same time markedly increase the level of HDL-C compared with model group. Conclusion : Leeches superfine powder could play a role in antagonizing atherosclerosis and its main mechanism might associate with its capability of regulating lipid.
