摘要
现有配电网评估方法存在评估内容单一、整体性差,而且基于层次分析法的配电网评估在计算指标权重过程中忽略指标间相互影响的因素,从而降低了指标权重的可信度。通过对配电网的发展特性进行分析,建立一套完整的配电网综合评估指标体系。同时在指标权重的计算过程中采用了网络层次分析(ANP)法,并通过DEMATEL方法对其进行改进,使得所得权重更加准确地反映评价指标互相影响的网络关系。最终通过实例验证了该方法的有效性,能够识别当前配电网的发展瓶颈,对于配电网未来的发展具有指导意义。
Existing distribution network assessment methods exist concern only one particular aspect without paying attention to the whole. Similarly, these methods based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process ignore while calculating the index weight the interaction among the indexes, thus reducing the credibility of the index weight. We estab- lished a complete assessment system according to the distribution network distribution network target. Also proposed an analytic network process improved by DEMATEL to better reflect the interaction among the indexes. Finally the effectiveness of this method was verified by examples. This method can also dentify the bottleneck in the develop- ment of the current distribution network and thus has implications for the future distribution network construction.
