摘要
为研究松针提取物对青脚优质麻鸡蛋品质的影响,试验随机选取39周龄的青脚优质麻鸡6 000只为试验动物,进行为期7周的饲养试验,其中预饲期为1周。试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组两个重复。对照A组饲喂基础饲粮,试验B组和C组分别在基础饲粮中添加松针提取物300和500 mg·kg-1。结果表明,在试验结束后,试验B组和C组的蛋黄比率、哈氏单位、蛋比重显著高于A组(P<0.05),且在一定程度上改善蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、血肉斑率、蛋黄颜色,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明饲粮中添加松针提取物能够提高青脚优质麻鸡的蛋品质。
To evaluate the effect of pine needle PE on egg quality of quality cyan shank partridge chicken, six thousound quality cyan shank partridge chickens were chosen for seven weeks of feeding trials, which pre-feeding was one week,were randomly assigned to 3 groups(A, B, C), each group had two repeats. Group A was fed with basic diet, while group B and C were fed with basic diets added to 300 and 500 rag·kg-1 pine needle PE respectively. The results showed that adding pine needle PE into diet could increase the specific gravity of eggs, percentage of yolk and haugh unit of eggs(P〈0.05), could improve egg-shape index, shell strength, shell thickness, yolk color in a cer- tain extent(P〉0.05).
