松针提取物对黄羽肉鸡蛋品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究松针提取物对黄羽肉鸡蛋品质的影响,试验随机选取体况相近、健康的40周龄黄羽肉鸡1800只为试验动物,进行为期7周的饲养试验,其中预试期为1周。试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组两个重复。对照A组饲喂基础饲粮,试验B组和试验C组分别在基础饲粮中添加松针提取物300和500 mg·kg-1,连续饲喂6周。结果表明,在试验结束后,试验B组和试验C组的蛋黄比率、哈氏单位、蛋比重显著高于对照A组(P<0.05),且能够在一定程度上改善蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、血肉斑率、蛋黄颜色,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明饲粮中添加松针提取物能够提高黄羽肉鸡的蛋品质。 To evaluate the effect of pine needle PE on egg qug]~ity of yellow-feathered broilers, one thousand and eight hundred yellow-feathered broilers for seven weeks of feeding trials, which pre-feeding was one week, were randomly assigned to 3 groups (A, B, C), each group had 2 repeats. Group A was provided with basic diet, while group B and C were fed with basic diets added to 300, 500 mg·kg^-1 pine needle PE respectively for 6 weeks. The results showed that adding pine needle PE into diet could increase the specific gravity of eggs, percentage of yolk and haugh unit of eggs(P〈0.05), could little improve egg-shape index, shell strength, shell thickness, yolk color in a certain extent(P〉0.05). Pine needle PE can improve egg quality of yellow-feathered broilers.
