摘要
分析医院图书馆管理创新的重要意义,并从图书馆管理、服务、机制以及信息等方面的创新进行了阐述,以期提高医院图书馆管理效率,医院相关负责人必须转变观念,创新图书馆管理模式和内容,根据医院实际情况,充分发挥出图书馆在医院发展中的重要职能,用创新的思维去指导医院图书馆具体管理工作,从而有效地提升医院图书馆管理及服务水平促进医院健康发展。
