摘要
管理创新是高校图书馆事业发展的必然要求。以创新促发展,这是高校图书馆生存价值的重要体现。本文从管理创新的角度,对目前高校图书馆的管理现状进行分析,提出高校图书馆管理创新的内容和具体措施。
Management innovation is the necessary demand to develop the enterprise of academic library. Using innovation to promote development is an important reflection of the survival value of academic library. From the angle of management innovation, this paper analyzes the present management situation of academic library and puts forward the content and concrete measures of academic library＇s management innovation.
