摘要
护士的继续教育质量关系着医院的发展,该院将不同护龄、不同职称、不同需求的护理人员分成4段即：0～5年护龄为“雏鹰”,5～10年护龄为“飞鹰”,10年护龄以上为“精鹰”,护士长、业务尖子为“雄鹰”,按着需求和各段位人数比例安排继续护理教育课程,简称“鹰”培训计划,在实践中取得了良好的效果.
