摘要
目的:建立注射用头孢曲松钠中头孢曲松的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法;C18柱(4.6×150mm,5μm);流动相:0.02mol/l正辛胺溶液-乙腈(73∶27);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:254nm;柱温:20℃;进样量:20μl。结果:头孢曲松在浓度91.9~459.6μg/ml与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996)。结论:该法简单,专属性强,准确度高,可用于对注射用头孢曲松钠的质量控制。
To estabilish a method for the determination of ceftriaxone sodium for injection.MethodHPLC C18 （4.6 ×150mm, 5μm）column was used with n-octylamine （0.02mol/l）and acetonitrile （73：27）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detec-tion wave length was 254nm.The column temperature was at 20℃,and the inject volume was 20μl.Results The linearities of cefazo-lin sodium were obtained separately over the rang of were 91.9μg/ml^459.6μg/ml （r=0.9996）.Conclusion This Method is simple,accurate,and could be adopted for the quality control of this durg .
