摘要
以恰玛古为原料,研究了恰玛古中多糖的工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面试验优化了恰玛古中多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,恰玛古中多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:超声功率为156.4 W,超声时间为65.4 min,乙醇体积分数为75.1%,液料比16.7∶1(m L/g),提取率为6.86%。
Qamgur as raw material,the process conditions Qamgur in polysaccharides single factor test basis,through response surface optimization of process conditions Qamgur polysaccharides.The results showed that the polysaccharide Qamgur optimum extraction conditions were:ultrasonic power is 156.4 W,ultrasonic time of 65.4 min,ethanol concentration was 75.1%,liquid ratio16.7:1(mL/g),the extraction rate was 6.86%.
