摘要
目的探讨地衣多糖对免疫抑制小鼠机体免疫功能的影响。方法以环磷酰胺(CY)作为免疫抑制剂,建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,进行免疫脏器指数、碳粒廓清速率、血清溶血素(IgM)、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的检测,探讨地衣多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果地衣多糖能够明显提高免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数,增强免疫抑制小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及迟发型超敏反应,促进溶血素的生成。结论地衣多糖可对抗CY引起的免疫抑制,显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of polysaccharide from Parmelia tinctourium on the immune functions of immunosuppressed mice.Methods Immunosuppressed mouse models were established by intraperitoneal injections with Cyclophosphamide followed by daily intragastric administration of polysaccharide from Parmelia tinctourium.After the treatment,the mice were examined for immune organ weight index,carbon particle clearance capability of macrophage,serum IgM level,delayed type hypersensitivity following exposure to sheep erythrocytes.Results Treatment of the immunosuppressed mice with polysaccharide from Parmelia tinctourium significantly increased the weight of the immune organs,carbon particle clearance capability of macrophage,serum IgM level,delayed type hypersensitivity against sheep erythrocytes.Conclusion The polysaccharide from Parmelia tinctourium can enhance the immune functions of immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
