摘要 为了保证整个电力系统的安全、稳定运行,结合TOPSIS法在权重计算和距离方面的改进,对国内11家发电企业的火电机组运行可靠性进行了综合评价。以中电联公布的2012年上半年机组运行数据为基础,采用改进的本征向量法和信息熵法获得主观权重和客观权重,并将主、客观权重进行融合,采用Minkowski距离代替传统TOPSIS法中的Euclid距离,对各发电企业机组运行可靠性进行了评价和排序。结果表明,改进TOPSIS法是评价火电机组运行可靠性的一种全面有效的综合方法,可为机组安全、稳定运行提供参考。 To ensure the security and stable operation of the whole power system,a comprehensive evaluation of reliability of thermal power generating units for 11 power plants nationwide was carried out,combining with improvements of the conventional TOPSIS method in weight and distance. On the basis of the unit operating data in the first half of 2012 published by the ITU,the improved Eigenvector method and information entropy method were adopted to acquire and integrate the objective and subjective weights. After that,the reliability of units in these power plants was evaluated and ranked by adopting Minkowski dis- tance as a substitution for the Euclid distance in the conventional TOPSIS method. The results show the improved TOPSIS method is a comprehensive and effective evaluation method for the power plants" opera- tional reliability,which can provide references for the safe and stable operation of the electric power systems.
