摘要
国培计划是促进教育公平与教育发展,惠及民生的好事、大事。国培计划做得好,应该继续坚持。切实抓好国培计划实施中各个环节的质量,确保国培计划的实效性,需要做好方方面面的工作。文章以国培项目承办机构负责人的身份,从管理者的视角重点论述六个关键环节的要求,即,按需选派学员;针对性地设计方案;细心做好顶岗实习;共享高质量教学资源;周到做好后勤保障;过程管理人本化。
The ＂National Teachers Training Plan＂ could promote the equitable development of education and benefit the people＇s livelihood, which should be insisted on. To ensure the high quality and effectiveness of implementing ＂National Teachers Training Plan＂, from the training plan manager＇s view, six key links must be focused on, which are selecting teacher students according to the nation＇s, schools＇ and teachers＇ demands ; designing training scheme decided by fully considering individuals＇ actual situations ; carefully complete post-temporarily replace students＇ internship affairs; sharing high quality teaching resources; thoughtfully accomplish logistics process; implement humanized process management.
