摘要 案例微视频是在教育案例与信息技术相结合基础上产生的,在教师培训、特别是班主任培训中应用取得了非常满意的效果。该手段将教育事件可视化,能够有效地帮助教师对教育行为进行深层反思,更有利于鼓励教师合作、提高培训参与度、培育教师同理心以及发展信息技术能力。对该手段在实际操作步骤、效果以及后续应用进行讨论与反思,有助于提升教师培训质量,促进教师专业发展。 Case Micro-Video method is originated from the combination of the education cases and ICT(Information and Communication Technology).The method has been put in use on in-service teacher training and has shown good effects.This tool visualizes educational events and can effectively help teachers reflect deeply on educational behaviors,and is more conducive to encouraging teacher collaboration,increasing participation in training,fostering teacher empathy,and developing IT skills.Discussions and reflections on the practical steps,effects,and subsequent applications of this tool can help improve the quality of teacher training and promote teachers’professional development.
