摘要
目的：检测门诊妇产科患者宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒的感染情况，为临床诊治提供参考。方法从2010年3月－2014年3月收治的宫颈细胞学异常患者中随机抽取2820例，利用斑点杂交法进行人乳头状瘤病毒的感染分析检测，并记录检测效果，利用SPSS19．0软件对数据进行统计整理。结果2820例宫颈细胞学异常患者中，人乳头状瘤病毒感染1023例，感染率为36．28％；人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者中，高危型644例、低危型124例、常见亚型89例、混合感染166例，分别占62．95％、12．12％、8．70％、16．23％；＞60岁患者人乳头状瘤病毒感染率均高于其他年龄段患者。结论宫颈细胞学异常患人乳头状瘤病毒感染率较高，不同年龄段患者感染率存在明显差异，20～30、31～40及41～50岁组年龄段的 H PV感染率相近，51～60岁患者感染率最低；而＞60岁患者感染率最高。
OBJECTIVE To detect cervical human papillomavirus （HPV ） infections in obstetric and gynecological outpatients ,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment .METHODS Totally 2820 patients with abnormal cervical cytology admitted during Mar . 2010 - Mar . 2014 were randomly selected , the dot‐blot hybridization method was used to analyze human papilla virus infection and the detection was recorded . The software SPSS19 .0 was used for statistical analysis of data .RESULTS In 2820 cases of cervical cytological abnormalities ,patients being infected with human papillomavirus were 1 023 cases , the infection rate was 36 .28% .The human papilla virus detection showed that there were 644 cases of high risk type ,124 cases of low risk type ,89 cases of common subtype and 166 cases of mixed type ,accounting for 62 .95% ,12 .12% ,8 .70%and 16 .23% .The infection rate of human papilla virus in patients over 60 years was higher than in patients of oth‐er age .CONCLUSION The infection rate of human papillomavirus was high in patients with abnormal cervical cy‐tology .There were significant differences in the infection rate among patients with different ages ,and patients of 20 to 30 years old ,31 to 40 years old and 41 to 50 years old had similar HPV infection rate which was the lowest in patients of 51 to 60 years old and the highest in patients over 60 years old .
