摘要
2014年春季(4月6日)和夏季(7月23日)分别种植光温敏无雄穗玉米系I17,田间观测两种不同播期玉米生长发育特征,并应用体视显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察雄穗幼穗分化发育时期及特征。结果发现,春季I17玉米雄穗分化发育可明显分为生长锥突起期、伸长期、小穗分化期、小花分化期和性成熟期共5个特征不同的阶段;夏季I17玉米雄穗畸形发育,可能在生长锥突起期与伸长期之间停止发育直至畸形死亡,无法正常通过生长锥伸长期,最终导致无雄穗发生。
Planted the photoperiod-thermo-sensitive tassel deficiency line I17 in maize in the spring(April 6) and in the summe(July 23) in 2014 respectively, and observed the characteristics of growth and development in the two different sowing date types of maize in the field, applied the stereoscopic microscope and the scanning electron microscope to observe the differentiation development stages and their characteristics of tassel in maize. The results showed that the differentiation development of tassel in the maize I17 in the spring could be divided into five stages clearly in different characteristics--the growth cone swelled, the growth cone elongation, the spikelet differentia- tion, the floret differentiation and the organ formation; the tassel of the maize I17 in the summer might be developed deformity, which stopped developing and dead deformity at the protrusions of the growth cone and the elongation of the growth cone, and disabled to through the elongation of the growth cone normally, forming a tassel deficiency maize at last.
