摘要
目的 :探讨六味痛风饮治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予六味痛风饮治疗,对照组服用苯溴马隆片,疗程结束后比较两组治疗前后血清尿酸、血脂、血常规、尿常规、肝功能指标。结果:治疗组降尿酸总有效率83.33%,对照组为76.67%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组有降低血脂的作用,而对照组降低血脂作用不明显;治疗后肝功能、血常规、尿常规两组均未见明显异常。结论:六味痛风饮可降低血清尿酸,并能降低血脂,不良反应少,适合长期应用。
Objective：To explore the curative effect of Liuwei Tongfeng decoction on treatment of gouty arthritis. Method：Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n= 30）. The treatment group was given Liuwei Tongfeng decoction and the control group was given benzbro- marone tablets. The serum uric acid（UA）,blood lipids（TG）,results of routine blood and urine test and liver function of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment. Results ：For lowering serum uric acid, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,the control group 76.67%. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Liuwei Tongfen decoction was effective on reducing patients＇ blood lipids,while benzbromarone tablets was not effective. There were no significant differences between the results of routine blood and urine test and liver function of the two groups. Conclusion：Liuwei Tongfeng decoction can reduce serum uric acid and blood lipids. It causes less adverse reaction and ~is suitable for long-term application.
