摘要
采用有限元法为纺织机用表贴式调速永磁电机磁场确定边界条件,建立起数学模型,根据约束条件分析计算调速永磁电机的频率特性。有限元计算所得的频率特性与实测值相比较,精度完全能满足工程应用需求,且与异步电动机变频调速相比较,调速永磁电机在低频下具有非常优异的性能。
The finite element method was applied to decide the boundary condition of the magnetic field and the mathematic module of the surface-mount style textile speed-control PM motor while the frequency features of PM motor were calculated and analyzed based upon the con- straint condition. The calculated frequency features by the finite element method were compared with the test value, the result showed that the accuracy met with the engineer- ing requirement. Its characteristic of speed-control was also compared with that of frequency-control asynchronous mo- tor, the result showed that speed-control PM motor had very excellent performance under the low frequency condition.
