不同转子结构永磁同步电动机的控制性能研究

摘要 设计了两台转子磁路结构为内置径向式和切向式的永磁同步电动机,利用磁矢位法和能量法计算其电磁参数,根据数学模型计算各自的转矩特性,分析电机在恒转矩和恒功率控制区的控制性能并给出了相应的控制方法。对两种转子磁路结构电机的仿真结果表明,径向结构的动态响应快,过载能力强而切向结构的弱磁扩速能力强,与理论分析的结论一致。所得结论对永磁同步电动机设计具有一定的参考价值。 Two permanent magnet synchronous motors whose rotor magnetic circuit structures were radial and tangential were designed.Magnetic vector potential and energy methods were used to calculate the electromagnetic parameters of the motors.Based on the mathematical model,the torque characteristics were calculated.Control performances at constant torque and constant power control area were analysed and the corresponding control strategies were given.Simulation results show that dynamic performance and overload capacity of the radial structure are better while the flux-weakening speed expansion capacity of the tangential structure is better.The results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.The final conclusions provide some references for the design of PMSMs.
