钻孔引流术与钻孔冲洗术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效的Meta分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的系统评价钻孔冲洗术与钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿（CSDH）的临床效果。方法检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane等外文数据库及万方数据库、维普数据库及中国知网等中文数据库,对符合纳入标准的随机对照研究进行meta分析。结果共纳入5篇符合标准研究,共443例患者,其中钻孔冲洗术222例,钻孔引流术221例。Meta分析显示钻孔引流术组患者复发率明显低于钻孔冲洗术组（优势比为0.39;95%可信区间为0.23～0.68;P=0.0008）,两组患者死亡率、完全康复率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论钻孔引流术与钻孔冲洗术治疗CSDH均有效,但钻孔引流术具有更低的术后复发率。
