摘要
高职教育的发展对高职教师提出了更高的要求,分析当前高职旅游管理师资存在的问题,如实践能力的缺乏、科研能力的薄弱、社会服务能力的不足等,针对这些问题,提出了选聘专业实践能力突出的人才充实教师队伍,提高科研意识和营造科研氛围、建立专业协会主动服务社会建议。
The development of higher vocational education has put forward higher requirements for teachers. Existing problems in teachers＇ team of tourism management major are analyzed, such as a lack of practical ability, weakness in scientific research ability, deficiency in social service ability and so on. In view of these problems, it is suggested that people with outstanding professional practical ability should be hired to enrich teachers＇ team, consciousness of scientific research be improved, environment for scientific research be created and professional associations be set up to serve the society actively.
