摘要
以间苯二酚(R)和甲醛(F)为碳源,N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为硅源,无水乙醇为溶剂,利用简捷的一步溶胶-凝胶法和CO2超临界干燥工艺制备碳硅复合有机气凝胶。进一步考察了凝胶时间随G、H2O以及乙醇的不同添加量的变化,利用FTIR、TG以及CO2吸附脱附方法对气凝胶进行表征。结果表明:碳硅复合气凝胶对CO2的吸附量随着G含量的增加而增加,最高吸附量达到了2.51mmol·g-1。
C/Si composite organic aerogels were synthesized in one pot by simply mixing of the monomers,then aer- ogels were dried by supercritical CO2 fluid. The influences of G, H20 and ethanol on gel time were also studied, The mass of amino loading amount and thermal stability were characterized by FTIR and TG. With increasing amount of amino, The ad- sorption capacity increased, the maximum absorption capacity reached 2.5 lmmol · g-1.
