摘要
介绍了自制改性淀粉对脲醛树脂改性的方法,探讨了不同添加时间段与不同添加量对改性淀粉最低游离甲醛、甲醛释放量及胶合板胶合强度的影响。结果表明,加入改性淀粉可明显降低甲醛释放量及游离甲醛含量,同时胶合强度也得到一定的提高。
In this paper, the effects of adding modified starch during the synthesis of UF resins at different p H environments and addition amount on free formaldehyde in UF resins, formaldehyde emission and bonding strength of plywood were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the modified resin had better bonding strength, better resistance to water and lower free formaldehyde and formaldehyde emission than the unmodified o ne.
