摘要
邹县发电厂1 000 MW机组屏式过热器发生泄漏现象,经过对泄漏原管材进行诊断分析,并用内窥镜对内部进行查看,发现异物堵塞造成通流面积减少,针对泄漏原因采取处理措施,解决了长期困扰机组安全运行的过热器泄漏问题。
Based on the leakage of 1 000 MW Unit boiler platen superheater in one power plant,causes of the leakage are analyzed in detail.By means of analyzing the original parent metal and internal endoscopic check,it is found out that the flow area is reduced by foreign body congestion.Relevant treatment measures are suggested against the causes,with an attempt to solve the long-standing problem of leakage which imperils safe operation of the unit.
