摘要
贵州是少数民族聚居区,各民族有着悠久的民族文化传统。以布依族八音为例,首先指出了少数民族民间文学艺术法律保护的重要意义,其次对其法律关系的主体和内容进行了分析和研究,指出我国少数民族民间文学艺术法律保护中存在的问题,最后结合我国的立法现状提出了完善法律保护制度的建议。
Guizhou minority areas, ethnic nation has a long cultural tradition. Buyi octave for example, first pointed out the importance of the legal protection of minority folklore, followed by its subject and content of legal relationship analyzes and research, pointed out that the legal protection of minorities folklore problems in our country, and finally the present situation of China＇s proposed legislation to improve legal protection recommendations.
