摘要
针对危险化学品的使用量与存放量不断增大,传统人工巡检的仓储管理效率日渐低下的问题,设计了一种基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术的危险化学品库智能仓储管理监控系统。该系统结合无线传感网络技术和超级电容的无线充电技术,以LabVIEW编写上位机虚拟仪器(VI)程序,并操控整个系统;采用步进电机精确定位技术将RFID读写模块精确地运送到目标位置,再通过RFID模块读取镶嵌于化学品包装的RFID电子标签信息,或将新数据写入系统;最后将化学品的存储状态发送至上位机中。测试结果表明,该系统在稳定性和能耗等方面能满足预期的指标要求,可应用于危险化学品仓库的日常监管中。
With the increasing amount of usage and storage of hazardous chemicals, the efficiency of ware- house management through traditional manual inspection is low. To solve the problem this paper designs an intelligent monitoring system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. This system combines with ZigBee wireless network and wireless charging based on ultra-capacitor. With the application of Visual Instrument (VI) program of LabVIEW software,the PC system controls the entire system,and the system accurately transports the RFID module to target location by using stepper motor technology and reads the information stored in the chip of RFID tag which is embedded in the chemical packaging or depos- its new data in it by RFID module. Finally,the stored status of hazardous chemicals is transmitted to PC. The test results indicate that the system meets the expected index requirements in terms of stability and energy consumption and it can be applied to the daily supervision of hazardous chemicals in warehouse.
