摘要
针对某飞机减速板收放系统存在着价格昂贵、教学资源稀缺、实训和实习难以安排的问题,采用软硬件相结合的方法,开发了该机的减速板收放系统教学平台,利用飞机废旧附件制做了1台飞机减速板收放实物工作台,并综合运用建模、动画和仿真技术开发了4个配套的助学软件。使学生既看清了结构与原理,又学会了拆装与连接,还接触到了真实的减速板系统。实践证明,开发软硬件相结合的教学平台是破解飞机维修教学与实训难题的有效途径,既能锻炼教师队伍又使教学变得直观形象。
Considering the costly retraction and release system of some kind of aeroplane airbrake and the deficiency of teaching resources, the difficulties in arranging training and placement, a teaching platform has been developed using the combination of soft-ware and hard-ware. We have made a physical aeroplane retraction and release system with obsolete accessories such that students can take practical training in turn. Four related supporting programs have been developed by the comprehensive application of modeling, animation and simulation technology. All students in a class can be trained simulatedly at a time. Students can not only fulfill the task of learning the structure of an accessory and its detachment and assembly, but also witness the real airbrake system. Practice has proven that the development of teaching platform by the combination of software and hardware is an effective way to resolve all kinds of difficulties in aeroplane maintenance and placement, which can not only build up teaching staff but also make teaching vivid and alive.
