摘要
建立了综合考虑振动、强度、质量等因素,对摩托车车体结构进行优化的技术流程,并对某在研车体系统进行优化设计并得到了性能优良的车体设计方案。借助多学科优化技术方法解决了不同分析模型,不同分析工况之间的数据综合,使用拉丁超立方方法进行了敏度分析并建立了响应面,最后使用二次规划算法求解。实际结果表明,该优化方法在改善摩托车车体设计质量、缩短开发周期方面可行,有效。
An optimized process of motorcycle frame was built in which some factors such as vibration, strength and mass were taken into consideration. Some motorcycle frame under development was optimized by above process and a design with better performance was obtained. Different model and work condition were integrated by multi-disciplinary optimization method. Latin square experiment was used to solve sensitivity analysis and response-surface building. At last, the problem was solved by quadratic programming algorithm. The result shows that the optimization process is feasible and effective to improve design qual- ity and shorten development cycle.
