摘要
为了推广多学科设计优化方法在船舶和海洋工程结构设计中的应用,讨论了三种典型的多学科设计优化方法:多学科可行方向法(MDF),协同优化方法(CO),两级系统综合方法(BLISS),并将其应用到齿轮减速箱的设计中;根据计算结果,对上述三种多学科设计优化方法进行了定量的比较和研究,得出BLISS方法最适合齿轮减速箱优化设计的结论。此外,还给出了多学科设计优化方法的选择标准,为多学科设计优化的工程应用提供了一定的指导和帮助。
Three of typical MDO techniques, Multidisciplinary Feasible Method (MDF), Collaborative Optimization (CO), and Bi-Level Integrated System Synthesis (BLISS) are discussed and applied to the design of Speed Reducer. With the results, three MDO techniques are compared quantitatively and from the comparison results it is concluded that BLISS is the best method fitting for the design of Speed Reducer. Besides, this paper presents the choice standard of MDO techniques, which is helpful to the application of MDO in the practical engineering design. Marine structural design is obviously a system engineering of multidisciplinary nature, however its use of MDO is scarce at the moment. It is the authorsr belief that the application of MDO in the field of marine structural design is undoubtedly of significant importance.
