摘要
为了客观判断弹性盖板针布梳针的耐磨性,设计了一种弹性盖板针布快速磨损试验仪。详细介绍了仪器的放线机构、调节机构、试验平台、牵线机构及其特点,采用标准钢丝模拟弹性盖板针布梳棉的磨损过程,观测、比较不同梳针针尖样品的耐磨性。指出,弹性盖板针布快速磨损试验仪通过模块化设计及磁性材料的应用,具有智能、判定快速高效、维护方便等特点,为判定弹性盖板针布使用寿命、改进工艺、指导生产、提高品质提供依据。
In order to get an objective judgement of abrasion resistance of the carding wire of the elastic clothing,a fast abrasion tester is designed for production of elastic flat clothing. Details introduction is made to the release mechanism,adjusting mechanism,test platform,matchmaking mechanism and characteristics of the same. Standard wire is used simulating wearing process of the elastic flat clothing, and wear resistance is observed and compared of different sampling product. It is pointed out that the fast abrasion tester is of modular design and magnetic materials, with intelligent, fast detection, easy access to maintenance, an important tool to determine service life of the elastic flat clothing, helpful in process improvement, production direction, and quality upgrading.
