摘要
提出了针布“五度”的概念,分析了“五度”在针布梳理中的重要性及其影响因素,指出针布“五度”由针布制造质量、针布材质和纺织厂包卷维护决定,是针布规格参数发挥优良工艺作用的基础,只有针布制造厂和纺织厂共同努力,才能使新型针布发挥优质高产的优势。
The Philosophy of the five grades is advanced. Analysis is given to the five grades in carding process and the factors involved. The five grades are dependant upon the manu. quality,material quality and the covering quality. The five grades are foundemental to the process. Only by the manufacturers of the clothing and the spinning mills, can the new card clothing be fully utilized.
