摘要
认识我国的人民民主需要理性的规制,实现人民民主是党和人民共同的责任。现实中,人民民主并没有达至理想的结果,核心的问题是我们尚未开创出其成长所需的各项条件。尽管实现人民民主理想目标的最终路径仍需艰辛探索,但通过改善民生,在改善民生与人民民主之间建立起良性互动机制,为人民民主创造适宜的成长环境和条件应是一积极而稳妥的方策。
It is the common responsibility of the Party and the people to realize people＇s democracy. In real- ity, we have not reached the ideal level of people＇ s democracy. The underlying issue we face is that we have not created the conditions required for its growth. We need work hard to explore the path to achieve the ultimate goal of the ideal people＇ s democracy. To improve people＇ s livelihood, and to establish interaction mechanisms between improvement of people＇ s livelihood and the people＇ s democracy would be a positive and secure strategy to create a suitable environment for the growth of democracy.
