摘要
中国共产党百年法治建设历程分为新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期和中国特色社会主义新时代四个大的历史阶段。因所处历史方位不同,斗争和建设任务不同,四个阶段法治建设的目标、内容呈阶段性发展特征。在“为人民谋幸福”“为民族谋复兴”的初心和使命指引下,中国共产党始终以人民为中心,为人民民主与法治而奋斗,法治建设与其奋斗历程始终同频共振、同向同行,具有高度的一致性。几个阶段的法治建设与发展也一脉相承,层层递进,形成一个有机的整体。
The Centennial process of the legal construction of the Communist Party of China(CPC)can be divided into four major historical stages:the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The goals and contents of the four-stage legal construction are characterized by periodical development due to different historical construction tasks,Guided by the original mission of"building happiness for the people"and"seeking rejuvenation for the nation",the Communist Party of China always puts the people’s benefit in the first place,and fights for the democracy and the rule of law,the legal construction has always resonated with the same frequency and direction as its process which are up to the high degree of consistency.Besides this,the several stages of construction and development of the legal are also consistent and progressive which have formed an organic system.
