摘要
中国共产党新民主主义革命时期高等法律教育开端于延安时期,始于边区行政学院,完善于延安大学,主要由这两所学校承担。这是中国共产党在抗日民主根据地实施新民主主义宪政和延安干部高等教育逐步形成向正规化和专门化方向发展趋势的结果,具有从主要以培养专门的法律学者为主到只培养司法工作干部的发展特征,而西北政法大学是中国共产党延安时期法律高等教育的直接延续。
During the new democratic revolution period,the CPC＇s higher education in law beganat Administration College of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area in the Yan＇an period,and highly elevated in Yan＇an University,mainly shouldered by the two schools.It was the results of carrying out the new democratic constitutionalism in the anti-Japanese democratic base,and of cadres of Yan＇an higher education gradually formed trends of normalization and specializing development,which had developed its own characteristics from the mainly training specialized legal scholars to training judicial cadres.Northwest University of Politics and Law is a direct continuation of the CPC＇s higher education in law in the Yan＇an period.
