摘要
为克服传统好氧生物滤池对于有机物以及TN的去除效果有限的缺点,采用间歇曝气的运作模式,并对实际印染废水进行深度处理实验。结果表明,采用曝气阶段加倍进水、停曝阶段停止进水的运行方式,在曝气停曝时间比3:1、曝停周期3 h、水力停留时间10 h、气水体积比4:1的条件下,系统对COD、色度、NH3-N、TN的平均去除率分别达到63.6%、62.8%、89.2%、65.2%。进出水红外光谱显示,污染物酰胺结构被破坏,醇类物质被降解。与传统连续曝气的运作模式相比,COD、色度、TN的去除率有了明显的提高,且有效的节省了能源。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional BAF process on contaminants and TN removal efficiency from mixed dyeing wastewater, operation mode of intermittent aeration was adopted, and actual dyeing wastewater was advanced treated. The results showed that by adopting the operation modeof stopping water inlet in interruption stage and influent doubly in aeration stage, under the conditions of aeration/interruption ratio being 3: l, operation cycle being 3 h, HRT being 10 h and air/water volume ratio being 4:1, the removal rates of COD, colority, NH3-N, and TN were 63.6%, 62.8%, 89.2%, and 65.2%, respectively. Infrared spectra of influent and effluent showed that Amide structure was destroyed and alcohol was degraded. Compared with traditional operation modes of continuous aeration, the COD, colority and TN removal rates had been significantly improved in this mode, and energy-cost was effectively decreased.
