摘要
本文就我院病案管理主要存在的管理分散、信息利用率低、人员结构不合理等问题进行分析,并针对这些问题采取增强科学管理意识、规范管理制度、重视人才培养等对策,使得医院病案管理制度完善,更加系统化、规范化,对于提高医疗服务质量、减少医患纠纷等,均发挥重要作用。
This paper medical record management main existing decentralized management,low utilization of information,the personnel structure is not reasonable,to solve these problems by strengthening the awareness of scientific management,standardized management system,attention to personnel training and so on,which makes the integrity of hospital medical record management system,a more systematic,standardized,to improve the quality of medical service,to reduce the medical dispute and so on,play an important role in.
