摘要
目的 对某综合医院2010—2017年病案利用情况进行回顾性分析,掌握病案的利用情况。方法 采用《广东省医疗机构病案统计管理系统》和《医院信息系统》中病案借阅统计数据和各类型登记表的数据分类汇总,用SPSS 16.0软件进行χ2检验分析。结果 2010年至2017年病案总利用份数为166 012,利用率为53.59%。医院病案利用率各年度不完全相同,χ^2=61.78,P<0.001。院内与院外病案利用构成比各年度不完全相同,χ^2=67.25,P<0.001。院内病案利用类型构成比各年度也不完全相同,χ^2=1 288.43,P<0.001。结论 提高病案管理人员的业务和服务水平,在不违反病案的使用权限下,尽可能地用简单科学的方法为病案使用者提供病案资料,从而促进医院病案信息资源开发利用、提高病案利用率。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the utilization of medical records in a general hospital from 2010 to 2017 to master the utilization of medical records.Methods The statistical data of medical records borrowed from Guangdong Medical Institution Statistical Management System and Hospital Information System and the data of various types of registration forms were classified and summarized,and chi-square test analysis was carried out with SPSS 16.0 software.Results From 2010 to 2017,the total number of medical records used was 166012,and the utilization rate was 53.59%.The utilization rate of hospital medical records was not exactly the same each year with χ^2=61.78,P<0.001.The utilization composition of medical records in and out of the hospital was not exactly the same for each year,with χ^2=67.25,P<0.001.The use type composition of hospital medical records was not exactly the same for each year,with χ^2=1288.43,P<0.001.Conclusion We should improve the professional and service level of medical record managers,and provide medical record information for medical record users with simple and scientific methods as far as possible,without violating the authority of medical record use,so as to promote the development and utilization of hospital medical record information resources and improve the utilization rate of medical records.
