摘要
药品安全不仅关乎患者病情恢复,更与患者的生命健康安全密切相关,而西药房在管理以及应用高危药品时仍存在不少问题,例如药物使用剂量、摆放以及警告标签问题等,西药房由此应对高危药品用药安全性以及日常管理予以足够重视,确保用药安全。本文分析总结了我院西药房高危药品使用以及管理过程中所存在的问题,旨在提高用药安全性,加强药品管理,确保高危药品用药安全。
Drug Safety is not just about restoring the patient＇s condition,but there is a close association with the health and safety of patients,and pharmacy management and the application of high-risk drugs are still many problems,such as drug dose,as well as warning labels placed issues,West thus high-risk drug pharmacy drug safety response and give enough attention to the daily management to ensure drug safety.This paper analyzes and summarizes our hospital pharmacy management of high-risk drug use and the problems in the process,designed to improve drug safety, strengthen drug management to ensure high-risk drug drug safety.
