摘要
目的:探讨非惩罚不良事件上报系统的建立及效果。方法:将医院原有的行政途径不良事件上报情况和建立非惩罚性的上报系统后获得的资料进行横向比较分析。结果建立非惩罚不良事件上报系统后,不良事件上报显著增加。结论:建立非惩罚不良事件上报系统可以帮助查找临床工作中存在的安全隐患,从而改进医院管理,减少差错,该上报系统是建立医院安全文化的一个不可替代的有效手段,有很好的实际应用前景。
Objectives: To explore how to establish non-punitive adverse event reporting system and its effectiveness. Methods: Cross section comparison analysis was used to compare the effectiveness of adverse event resources before and after non-punitive adverse event repotting system has established. Results: After establishing non-punitive adverse event reporting system, adverse event reporting rate is greatly increased. Conclusions: Non-punitive adverse event reporting system can check the hidden risk in clinical service to improve hospital management and decrease defaults. The reporting system is an irreplaceable and effectiveness tools to building hospital security culture and has a good prospect.
