摘要
目的了解临床护理人员的安全文化现状,分析安全管理中存在的问题,提出相应的管理对策。方法采用方便抽样法,以自行编制的"安全文化测评问卷"对580名临床护理人员进行调查,统计分析各条目及维度的问题应答率以反映安全文化现状。结果临床护士安全文化的问题应答率与中立值之和为35.9%,处于正向水平,但惩罚性感受、不良事件报告和护士执行力3个维度问题应答率与中立值之和较高,均处于负向水平。结论临床护士的安全文化总体表现较为理想,但部分领域仍需改进。转变当前的管理理念,建立完善的不良事件报告系统和安全文化测评机制将有助于安全文化氛围的积极转变。
Objective To understand the status of safety culture of clinical nursing staff,and to analyze potential problems in nursing safety management,and provide reasonable measures for managers.Methods A total of 580 clinical nursing staff were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire with convenience sampling.The problem percent response（PPR） towards every item and dimension were calculated to reflect the status of safety culture.Results The score of safety culture was 35.9%,which was in positive level,however,the PPR of the fear of blame,the frequency of adverse event and the executive force of nurses were slightly high,and all of them were in negative level.Conclusion The results show an overall positive safety culture exists,but some aspects need to be strengthened.In order to promote the development of safety culture,it is necessary to transfer current management concepts,establish an adverse event reporting system and safety culture measurement system.
