摘要
目的:探讨采用计划-实施-检查-行动(PDCA)循环管理方法对老年患者口服给药的安全管理。方法:通过对老年科患者口服给药实施PDCA循环管理,在现状调查的基础上,分析存在问题,找出原因,并制订相应的改进措施,优化实施后,及时评价效果。结果:PDCA循环管理能使临床药师和护士正确执行医嘱、优化给药制度及流程,确保老年患者用药安全、有效、合理。结论:应用PDCA循环可有效提高老年患者口服给药的安全管理质量,降低医疗风险事故的发生,提高患者满意度和依从性。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application of program-do-check-act （PDCA） management approach for management on the safe oral administration in elderly patients. METHODS： Through PDCA management on oral administration in elderly patients, we analyzed the status quo, the problems and their causes, formulated corresponding improvement measures and evaluated the outcome after the implementation of the optimized management. RESULTS： PDCA management contributed to correct implementation of medical order by clinical pharmacists and nurses, optimization of system and process of drug administration as well as safe, effective and rational administration in elderly patients. CONCLUSION： The PDCA management can effectively improve the quality of management on the safety of oral administration in elderly patients, reduce medical risks, and improve patients＇ satisfaction and compliance.
