摘要
目的了解佛山市南海区健康检查老年人营养状况,并分析其影响因素。方法选择2012年1月—2014年6月期间在佛山市南海区某医院体检中心进行健康检查的老年人作为研究对象,采用简易营养评价量表(Mini Nutritional Assessment,MNA)进行评价,单因素分析采用χ2检验对不同人口学因素、不同疾病因素老人营养状况进行比较,同时采用多因素logistic回归分析对影响老人营养状况的因素进行分析和探讨。结果 877名老年人的人均MNA总分为(23.09±3.94)分;其中营养不良者48例,占5.5%;潜在营养不良者416例,占47.4%;营养正常者413例,占47.1%。多因素logistic回归分析表明,文化程度、月收入、牙齿缺失情况是老年人营养不良/潜在营养不良发生的主要危险因素。结论健康检查老人中存在一定数量的营养不良人群,而潜在营养不良者比例较大,相关部门应重视老人营养健康教育。
[Objective]To investigate the nutritional status among elderly people who have received the health examination in Nanhai District of Foshan City, and analyze its influencing factors. [Methods]Elderly people who have received the health examination in the medical examination center of a hospital in Nanhai District of Foshau City from January 2012 to June 2014 were recruited in this study. Mini Nutritional Assessment （MNA） was applied in the evaluation. In the univariate analysis, the nutritional conditions of elderly people with different demographic factors and different disease factors were compared by chi- square test. Meanwhile, multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore and discuss the factors affecting the nutritional status of the elderly people.[Results]The average MNA score of 877 elderly people was （23.09±3.94）. There were 48 cases of malnutrition, accounting for 5.5%, 416 cases of potential malnutrition, accounting for 47.4%, and 413 cases of normal nutrition, accounting for 47.1%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level, monthly income and tooth loss were the major risk factors for malnutrition or potential malnutrition of elderly people. [Conclusion]There exist some malnutrition cases among elderly people in health examination, and people with potential malnutrition account for a significant proportion. The relevant departments should pay attention to the nutrition and health education among elderly people.
